Paint MS is a program which should be on any network software. Including your computer. The tools are standard and easy to use. Paint can be used for various reasons, so making graphics on it shouldn't be a problem. Sometimes the program can be funny, it depends on your software, if you have a good protective one, Paint should work properly, but it your software is bad or is an older version, Paint may go funny. So be careful both ways. Hope this helps you with your non-PSP computer.
Tools
Dotted star: This is to help delete bigger areas.
Dotted rectangle: This is to help delete areas which are square or somewhat like a square.
Eraser: This is to erase areas you don't want, you can resize if you like
Paint Bucket: This is a colour fill, you fill up areas of a certin colour
Dropper: This is to test the colours. This is a huge help with blending
Magnifying glass: You can look closer up at certin things so you can see certin things or test colours
pencil: Its basically a virtual pencil, works just like the real one! :)
Paint Brush: Its basically a virtual paint brush, works just like the real one! You can also change the sizes! :)
Spray Can: Its basically a virtual Spray Can, works just like the real one! You can also change the sizes! :)
Text: You write things on your grpahic, you can change the whole style, font, colour, and size!
Line: Pretty much a line!:P
Squiggly Line: Makes a line then you can change it to squiggly
Shape: They can rectangles, odd shapes, circles or rounded rectangles,or filled or outlined!:P
